ariana grandi commented over 7 years ago. Hi There, Is this available for beginners? I have an 11yr that is interested but has only been skating a handful of times.
Emma from GrabOne commented over 7 years ago. Thanks for your interest in this one Ariana.

I have got in touch with the merchant and they should be online soon to help you :)
Eamonn from The Canterbury-Alpine Ice Skating Club commented over 7 years ago. Hi Ariana, No problems with your 11 year old being a beginner we were all beginners once. Our Club caters for all ages and learners. 2 of our coaches specialise in learners.
sue yee commented over 7 years ago. My 5 1/2 yr old daughter only been to ice skating once but she is quite keen. Is speed skating a good place to learn or perhaps master the standard ice skating skill first? Is any of the 2 days better suited fo her age/level group or both having a good mix? Also no mention of how many lesson for the price.
Eamonn from The Canterbury-Alpine Ice Skating Club commented over 7 years ago. Hi Sue Yee
Some of our Senior skaters started young so don't worry about her age. The price includes 4 sessions on either Tuesday or Thursday or a mix of both. I would recommend Thursday as this is only one hour and a earlier start time for for younger kids, as Tuesday finishes at 7:30pm.

Text me with your details if you have bought and let me know your child's name and shoe size and what days you would like to skate.
Aimee Wilkes commented over 7 years ago. You commented that the Thursday lesson is only 1 hour however the details for this deal state - Thursday 4.15pm - 6.15pm so when does it actually start and finish?
What date do the classes start? Is it just this term ?
Thanks
Emma from GrabOne commented over 7 years ago. Eamonn will be back online soon Aimee to help you out with this :)
Eamonn from The Canterbury-Alpine Ice Skating Club commented over 7 years ago. Hi Aimee

The Lessons on both Tuesday and Thursday always have one hour of Off Ice training. So Tuesday is 5pm - 6pm Off Ice then 6pm - 7.30pm On Ice.
Thursday is 4.15pm - 5.15pm Off Ice and 5.15pm - 6.15pm On Ice.

Off Ice training involves the Skaters learning Technical positions for skating, Running and other exercises that relate to Speed Skating.

As to when you skate select the 4 days you want and ring me on the supplied number on the deal. We are flexible on when you would like to skate. We supply the skates ( Just need to know the skaters foot size). All you need to bring is a bike helmet and gloves.
