This says it includes "standard installation" seeing as this is a deal for fibre then does standard installation include all of the fibre installation or will there be extra costs? If so what are these extra costs? Also to clarify can this be used for new customers signing up to spark?

We have the following information for you :)

The standard fibre installation should suit most New Zealand homes and requires a technician from your Local Fibre Company to carry out work at your house. It includes all the work needed to connect your home to the fibre running down the street.
Non-standard installation applies if your house is more than 200m from the Fibre access point on the street. The Local Fibre Company staff will let you know if your place needs a non-standard installation and what that's likely to cost before they start any work.
This deal is available to new customers signing up to Spark as well as existing customers upgrading to Fibre.

That condition refers to the added extra you get with a Spark broadband plan – free access to over 1000 Spark Free Wifi Zones around NZ when you’re out and about (i.e. the pink Spark phone boxes). It’s not referring to your home broadband connection, it’s just a bonus of being with Spark :)

The monthly charge after 12 months is $104.99 for Unlimited Data Naked Fibre 100 or $114.99 for Unlimited Data Landline and Broadband Fibre 100. You need to sign up on a 12 month term. An early termination fee of $299 applies if you cancel your Spark Fibre broadband service within 12 months. No cancellation charges apply after your first 12 months :)
