Over the holiday period the GrabOne Team will be working on a skeleton crew, this means we won't have a dedicated person to answer discussion boards.

The conditions are where you will find things like restrictions or special requirement, for example blackout dates or people per coupon conditions.

2. We don't handle bookings on behalf of the businesses advertising on GrabOne and we're not experts on their trade.

If you have a question about a service or experience specific to your own requirements, or you want to check availability try contacting the merchant directly using the contact details listed on the right hand side of the deal page.

3. Have a quick read through the questions that other people have posted. You'll often find they have posted the answer, or we've previously answered a similar question to yours.
