Also, do you have more details about the chocolate cake - mud, sponge, buttercream, ganache, fillings etc...

Because we make these cakes in volume it isn't possible to do special orders. GF is not included. The chocolate cake is a wry moist chocolate cake - it is neither sponge nor mud cake but somewhere in between. The cakes are not layered. Hope this answers all your questions
